HOW CAN I BUY A DOLL?
- All dolls are previewed on my instagram and then listed online in my shop.
- Occasionally there will be surprise stockings announced on Instagram.
- All dolls are able to be previewed on Instagram @dreamlanddolly before being listed, along with dates and times. For regular updates, visit my Instagram page.
SHIPPING
- Ready made doll orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within five business days of purchase.
- For upgraded shipping please email me. You will receive tracking details after your order has shipped.
- Dreamlanddolly is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
- Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location. Marking items as a “gift” on the custom form is a felony and mail fraud.
PAYMENT TYPES
- All payments accepted through PayPal
- You do not need to have a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: Simply choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account."
- I DO accept payment plans on higher priced dolls. I require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, and the remainder can be broken up into two or three payments over a specific set amount of time.
- Payment plans are like layaway, PLEASE BE AWARE you will not receive the doll until payment is in full. Please contact me directly to set up a payment plan.
RETURN POLICY
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact me through email or website
- Replacements are handled on a case by case basis.
- Please send photographs of all damage incurred to pamella[at]dreamlanddolly.com.
- Damaged packages/items must be reported to within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are not accepted on digital and “second sales.”
CANCELLATIONS
- All cancellations must be made within 24 hour window of purchase for a full refund.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges not accepted at this time.
HANDLING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Dolls should be handled with care. Avoid rough play. Spot clean as needed with a washcloth, and doll safe soap. If any dolls become damaged, please contact me and I will be happy to mend them if possible.
- With all OOAK art dolls I offer a free lifetime repair or mending as long as there is not extensive damage.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
- Unfortunately not at this time. You are welcome to make a suggestion for a creature, but I cannot guarantee that I will make it.

- Yes, absolutely! Please email me with your request.
